we loved its pretty decent breakfast. every member of staff was helpful and affable. the location was absolutely perfect and good, in the middle of jackson with easy access to a supermarket and stores. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like marudori hakozaki that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and let me check in earlier than expected. They also managed to change my room to have a stunning view of Mount Fuji - it was truly breathtaking. The public bath was a definite highlight after a long day, and I enjoyed the Eastern-inspired food for breakfast. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and the location was convenient for transportation.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. We arrived early and they accommodated us without any hassle, and even managed to switch our room so that we had a better view. The public bath was a highlight of our stay, and we highly recommend it after a long day of sightseeing. The food at the restaurant was focused on eastern cuisine, but it was delicious and satisfying!
The weather wasn't on our side during our stay, which meant that the on-site restaurant was closed during our visit. The pillows in our room were half-soft and half-hard which was a bit uncomfortable and led to some neck-aches in the morning.

Staying at a hotel in this city can be quite an experience if you choose the right one. the beautiful Mount Fuji view from the hotel is simply amazing and breathtaking, something guests will appreciate immediately. the friendly and kind staff will ensure that guests feel at home from the moment they enter the hotel. the public bath is also commendable and will leave guests feeling refreshed and revitalized.
It is disappointing that the hotel restaurant was closed during the beginning of the Golden Week due to bad weather.

The hotel was situated in a great location with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the public bath and found it relaxing after a long day of activities. the food was delicious and offered a variety of dishes influenced by the local cuisine.
Our Thanksgiving stay at the hotel did not live up to our expectations. Unfortunately, the weather was not in our favor and we found ourselves with very few indoor dining options.
